We’re back!!! Join us on August 27th for the August session in our ongoing series of classes introducing the world to Mongolian Bokh and Chinese Shuai Jiao wrestling styles.
These sessions cover details about the culture of Mongolian and Chinese wrestling as well as some of the differences and similarities between these arts and other wrestling styles. We will teach solo drills, basic techniques, basic wrestling grips, and the ways in which these two distinct wrestling styles compliment each other. Afterwards, we will have a Q&A session so come with your questions ready!
This is the first time a local Mongolian from Inner Mongolia will teach this style of wrestling to the West. It is a unique experience to work with Coach Hohoo, not only a Bokh wrestler and coach himself, but also a Shuai Jiao champion from a strong lineage of teachers who have combined both Chinese and Mongolian wrestling together in a beautiful, effective, and unique way.
Each session is unique in the material covered and does not require you to have attended previous sessions. Techniques and concepts covered can be applied to any martial style and are a great addition to any martial artists’ unique training.
Come grow with us!
